If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return and refund policy for our valued customers across Australia.
Note: This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Right to Cancel
As an Australian consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge (if paid).
To ensure timely delivery, orders are processed automatically after purchase.
As a result, cancellations are not supported once an order enters processing or shipping.
If your order is already on the way, we recommend accepting delivery and contacting our support team for assistance under our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.
Returns Policy
We offer returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Address & Unauthorized Returns
All returns must be approved by Glowwskin customer support before being sent back.
Do not return items to the sender’s address or any address shown on the package, as these are logistics facilities and do not accept returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Any items sent back without prior approval or to an incorrect/unauthorized return address:
- Will not be received
- Will not qualify for a refund or replacement
- Will not be the responsibility of Maruati E-commerce Limited
Customers are responsible for ensuring the return is shipped to the exact address provided by our support team and for retaining proof of delivery.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and then requesting a return and refund for the original item.
When doing so, please mention clearly that the return is due to an exchange request.

Refund Process

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 days from the approval date, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
During this time, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team.
Once the cancellation window has passed, your order will enter the processing stage, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund.
